On September 6, 2025, Monticello Schools hosted the opening season, Billies Invitational at the Monticello Sports Complex for Cross Country Teams.
For the Junior girls division, Bella Perez walks away with the 3rd place win out of 28 with an impressive time of 14 minutes and 44 seconds.
For the Senior Boys division, Cody Stewart walks away with the 7th place win out of 31 with a crazy impressive PR time of 18 minutes and 54 seconds in the 5K - crushing his previous time by minutes.
For the Junior Boys division, Gavin Prince walks away with the 3rd place win out of 29 with a time of 12 minutes and 25 seconds in the 2 mile.
For the Senior Girls division, Liyah Young walks away with the 5th place win out of 23 with a time of 23 minutes and 24 seconds in the 5K.
Our Cross Country Teams will be back in action next Saturday in North Little Rock.

Our Girls and Boys Golf Teams competed in Warren today against Warren, Hamburg, McGehee, and Fordyce. Both the boys and girls teams came in second place. Lilah Becker was the medalist for the girls. The golf teams will be back in an action on September 8th in Crossett.

Jr Billies lose a close one on the road at Fordyce 16-14 this afternoon in the makeup game from Thursday night. The Jr Billies will be back at home this Thursday to take on McGehee. 7th grade plays at 5:30 and Jr Billies take the field at 7:00. Come out and support 💙🐐💙
