Returning Student Registration
Online registration is now open for the 2024-2025 school year! We request that all families update their student's information prior to August 12, 2024.
You will receive a SNAPCODE from the Arkansas Department of Education (noreplyregistration@powerschool.com) or a mailed letter with instructions on how to update and verify your student's information for the 2024-2025 school year. Your login/password will be the same one that you created last year. If you have forgotten your PowerSchool login information (or have any further technical issues), please contact the PowerSchool Tech Support at (866) 752-6850 between 7:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
You will not receive a SNAPCODE if you did not complete the 2023-24 school year in the Monticello School District or if you are new to the district and did not pre-register, you will need to complete a New Student Registration form by visiting our website www.billies.org and click on the New Student Registration tab on the home page.

Your student will not be considered registered until these steps are taken:
1. Powerschool online enrollment has been approved by the school registrar
2. All required documentation has been received by the school
Birth Certificate
Social Security Card or Number
Proof of Residency
Acceptable proof of residency:
Current utility (gas, water, electric) bill (within the last 30 days) showing parent's name and physical address.
Current lease agreement (must be within the last 30 days) showing parent's name and physical address.
If you do not have one of the above listed items, you must go to the school office your child will attend with the documented proof that you reside in the Monticello School district. Based on the documents provided, the school will provide the necessary paperwork or guidance to complete the enrollment process.
These items are NOT Acceptable proof of residency:
Cable bills, insurance bills, satellite or phone bills, personal property tax, mortgage statements, mail sent to the address etc. are not considered acceptable forms for proof of residency.

3. There is an addition document available in the school folder of the building your child will be attending that must be completed for registration. This document can be completed online and uploaded in the “Parent Pickup” section.
