deer
Deer season has hunters all around the state out in the woods trying to bag or kill a whitetail deer.
Some good supplies to have while hunting are:
  • Orange vest

  • Map (If you have no cell service)

  • Bottled water

  • Ear protection

  • Extra ammunition (depending on seasons and zones)

  • Scent killer

  • Extra food

  • Extra layers if it is cold (maybe a blanket)

The Arkansas youth modern gun season was November 1st-2nd.
Rifle season began on November 8th for Arkansas. Be ready to go deer hunting; wear your orange vests and hats for safety.
Firearms are very dangerous, so be careful; make sure you have completed a hunter's education course.
Fun Fact: The current Arkansas state record typical white-tailed deer, taken by William Lloyd in Lee County in 2018, scored 202 3/8 inches.
