To Students and Parents:

On behalf of the entire staff, I welcome you to Monticello High School.  As you start each school year, it should be with anticipation of all the new experiences that will be yours.

Our expectations will be high, but they will not be unfair or unreasonable.  No matter how difficult you might find some of the challenges at Monticello High School, the future holds an even greater and more difficult one.  If you leave Monticello High School well prepared, it will make those challenges of tomorrow much simpler to meet and overcome.
